Week 46 - 50

 I decided to bulk September's blog posts together because I don't have much to report. 

Customer services has been going well, our inbox is nearly down to 0 by the end of every day which is great because all customer queries are being answered. Lucy shared today that our message response time has gone from 12 hours 19 minutes to 5 hours 47 minutes since the start of September. I'm really happy with this because we have really been putting in the work to keep the inbox low. 

Amy is back in a few weeks so I will be returning to the marketing team in October/ November. I'm excited to get back to it and continue with the social pages, blogs and learn more about the marketing within Knetic. ✌
