Week 30 and 31

I have had a regular 2 weeks at work as I have been continuing with my blogs and social posts. I have also met with Lucy the first week back for a catch up with how our project did whilst I was at Escalla and we are still above target as we had plenty of sales! But this week we have actually hit our target and gone above it!!👌 So for the project this week I have listed more floor mats and boot liners to my channel, I had to take the imagery and edit the images then list the products on eBay. Hoping we have more sales this week so we can go further beyond our target.  We have started doing vehicle training sessions over the past couple of weeks, they are led by Josh who puts together a presentation on different vans so we can learn more about the vans and the industry we are working in. I find it quite interesting really and it's good to know more about the vehicles. Overall, it has been a good two weeks. ✌

Week 29- Fifth Training Week

This week has been my first Principles of Coding training week at Escalla. The week overall was quite challenging as I found coding confusing and hard to grasp but I got there by the end of the week. For this training week, we had Amanda and she's great and really helped me through the week!  Throughout the week we looked at: Algorithms. Flow Control. The Software Development Cycle. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Compatibility issues with code on different platforms. Hardware and software components. Protocols. Web technologies Search Engines. We also used Codecademy to practise some code which was good to try and relate to the principles that we were learning about. At the end of the week, we had our Principles of Coding exam and I was nervous to do this because I wasn't feeling too confident but I PASSED!😄  So, the week ended really well and I'm looking forward to going back to Escalla to learn more about coding!✌

Week 28

So it's the start of February and we have all had a team meeting this weekend to outline our February targets for our projects. This month I am working with Lucy and Josh on all three eBay stores now, I'm happy to be working with people as we can all help each other and we will have a better chance of reaching our target. Our target for February is to make £6,000, keep a 100% feedback rating and keep our seller level above standard. I am confident we will be able to hit our target this month as we have already discussed listing some higher-priced items on our stores.  This week I have already made a £500 sale for some alloys so that has sent us above target for the week!😀 Other than that, I have been very busy this week because I am at Escalla next week for training so I have had to ensure all my blog posts for this week and next week are ready to be uploaded along with all social posts. I always find the week before a training week very stressful and overwhelming as my wo...
