Week 11
I have been back at Knetic this week and I feel like I haven't stopped, I am proud of what I have achieved this week.
So at the beginning of the week I had my second review with Emma from Escalla where I completed my block report and set myself targets with my mentor Emma Wilde. Following this me and Emma Wilde had a meeting where she asked if I could complete a competitor analysis report for both Van Demon and Simply Car, we outlined a rough template for the report. I have completed both reports for each company, I now need to put my information into a power point presentation to present the Marketing Manager, Amy next week! I am really nervous about this as I believe one of my weaknesses if presenting and public speaking, but I am ready to step out of my comfort zone and do my best.
Throughout the week I have written and uploaded 4 blog posts, this week for Van Demon I created two product based blogs; Everything you need to know about chrome accessories and 5 Reasons why you need a rear load liner or mat.
For Simply Car I wrote blog posts about our new range of boot liners and then I researched 10 of the most unknown driving laws , I found this one really interesting and I was quite shocked at what you can get fined for. You can get fined or even your car seized for playing music too loudly!😲
I have also been scheduling in all social media posts for the week, I have tried to incorporate some of the marketing strategies I learnt last week at Escalla. We learnt about what content makes social media posts memorable so I decided to upload a quiz to a social post to engage and interact with our followers, I also have continued uploading vehicle related memes which get really good engagements from our followers.
This week I have began taking over the online chat every other day, I use Tawk to, which notifies us when customer's are using our online chat service. Due to my previous work here in the customer service team I am pretty confident when responding to customers inquiries and problems so i'm sure I will be continuing handling the online chat alongside Emma.
I am really getting on with everyone at Knetic and I am looking forward to continue working here with them and learning more.✌

Thank you for all of the evidence you have submitted so far to Skilsure. Your competitor analysis document will cover so many of the assessment criteria! Keep is safe until next time I see you!
